Forward Edge is a boutique technology advisory firm based in Atlanta, working with state, local, and federal leaders on the decisions that shape constituent experience for the next decade. We were founded by practitioners who spent thirty years inside delivery — not adjacent to it.
We started Forward Edge after years of watching public sector leaders pay for advice they couldn't act on. The dynamic is familiar: a recognizable firm wins the procurement, a junior team lands on-site, and three months later a deliverable arrives that mostly restates the briefing materials — with a vendor preference baked into the recommendation.
The cost is not the invoice. The cost is the year the agency spends recovering from the wrong recommendation, made by people who had never run the system they were redesigning.

We focus on the public sector because the stakes are concrete and the work is generational.
